Not just four years, it's for life

SISTERHOOD

The Delta Rho chapter of Alpha Phi is more than the Greek letters we wear. We are emergent leaders, striving scholars, and most importantly, a profound sisterhood that not only enhances the collegiate experience but walks hand-in-hand with you beyond BSU. Our members’ personalities and interests are wide-ranging because we recognize that these differences are what make our sisterhood so compelling. Through individuality we are strengthened, and through our united purpose we form Delta Rho.

Sisterhood events are fun ways to maybe try something new or to get to know one another better. Here's a little more about what we do as a chapter to develop our sisterhood!

BIG & LITTLES

In Alpha Phi, every new member gets matched up with an active member of the sorority, a big sister. This person is there to guide and mentor the new member throughout her experience in Alpha Phi. A Big and Little match is a special bond between two sisters that last a lifetime.

SISTERHOOD EVENTS

Over the course of a semester, we put on 2-3 sisterhood events for our chapter. These are sometimes events where we learn and refine skills like leadership and networking, but sometimes they are just going to Cardinal Lanes and bowling with our sisters! Check out the gallery to see what we've been up to in the past.

CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT

Our sisters pride themselves in being well-rounded individuals and that comes from being involved elsewhere on campus and in the community. Our sisters have ties with various organizations like: Code Red, Outdoor Pursuits, Rho Lambda honors society, the Honors College, Dance Marathon, Greek Peer Advocates, Exercise Science Club, College Mentors for Kids, Delight and so many more.
